mona 8.3 filenames does not mean it has to be 8.3...It only means it cant exeed 8.3, it can be less

Tip: dont use any spaces in the filename

In C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Start Menu \ Programs \ WinMerge

In the properties of readme, I have this:

in place of %systemroot%\system32\shell32.dll

So how to do this step:

No need for IconIndex because by default it will use the 1st icon in the DLL or EXE

Why dont you like the icon in shell32?
