Hi there.
When I'm connected in my laptop through wireless, the modem reconnect doesnt work because the IP stays the same.
And it also happens at my friends house who has a router and have several computers connected through
wireless or direct link.
What can I do to change the IP?
Thanks a lot
Can someone help me?

You probably have a static IP set up..
You should open network connection--> wireless connection properties--> tcpip--> Check "obtain an IP address automatically".
BTW, you didn't mentioned which x64 OS are you using?

In CMD use the following commands:
ipconfig /release - To release the IP address.
ipconfig /renew - To renew the IP address.
ipconfig /all - To see the current configuration for all network adapters.
Not sure if this will work but I often use those commands to solve network problems.
