Purple test ie8 (true addon) support ... copied from the current green batch.

btw.. any preferences or suggestions for the purple logonui.exe background? or is the current one ok...

Fixit, is this just file patching or doe it install IE8 etc. I am recently back and have a lot of catching up to do.
