Please note that this add-on requires .NET Framework v2.0 in order to operate. Failure to install it will result in no navigation buttons or address bar by default, however, it will show up once .NET is installed.

QT Address Bar 0.9.6
Replaces the standard address bar to make your XP addressbar more handy, like in Vista.

QTTab Bar v1.2.2.1
Adds tabs to your Windows Explorer and replaces the standard buttons with the QT Standard Buttons.

ChangeLog:
v1.0 = Initial release of add-on
v1.1 = Fixed entries to add correct filenames to the XP source.
v2.0 = Added uninstaller so it is now removable.

NOTICE: I've corrected the incorrect version numbers in the topic title by swapping the 2 version numbers around. Sorry if this lead to confusion for anybody!

mooms modified my original add-on to remove the QT Tab Bar portion and added a working uninstaller to the add-on! Thank you, mooms, ricktendo64, and Kelsenellenelvian!!!

With the Help of ricktendo64, the inf now delete the files on next reboot.
No more need to kill explorer, much better uninstall !

Still one glitch : Original XP address bar will be restored only for the user who had launched the uninstall.
Other user(s) will have to manually re-enable the XP address bar after uninstall of QTAdressBar.
It's a HKCU key, so i can't do better. (tried HKLM and HKCR, no go)

I have also updated the non-uninstallable version, now the inf and pnf files are deleted on reboot and sysoc.inf is cleaned after install.
The install is flawless now.

i'm afraid this would destroy the whole inf installation

Yes buddy you are right bcoz i also got the same error message in Opera, but also tried internet explorer still error.

This addon is great, but it cause my unattended to semi-fail (no themes, no custom tweaks applied, etc....)!

edit: found this key:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
and was looking into subfolders.

If I integrate these settings will that work?

Updated add-on to v2.0 and added the ability to uninstall the add-on via Add/Remove Programs.

mooms: I'm sorry for the VERY late reply! I've fixed the add-on so that it will integrate properly. It's uploaded now.

stsaerox: I'm sorry for the late reply. There are two keys that I'm aware of that affect Windows Explorer. These keys are:
(1) Key: HKCUSOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet ExplorerToolbar, Value: ITBarLayout
(2) Key: HKCUSOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet ExplorerToolbar, Value: {710EB7A1-45ED-11D0-924A-0020AFC7AC4D}
Exporting these two keys and importing them into the add-on should preserve those settings.

I have testedv2.0, uninstallation did not work, i stick with v1.1 as it works well.
