Can you please specify at which time have you get the 'server is busy' messages?
Server load seems to be still very high.

I also got same error when browsing once earlier, after like 2 mins it came back

I've reported it again, but the tech said he couldn't see the high load on the server.
If you notice it, please post a screenshot of the forum including the server load which is in the bottom of every page.
