I need to integrate the service pack 1 x64 Windows 7 if I download updates to the site Solor Update ?

Well yes and no, see the sp1 hotfixes are also compatible with rtm but installing all of the updates posted on the hf repo on rtm will not mean you have all the necessary updates, because they have only been collected with sp1 in mind
