Windows Server 2008 Std - Sysprep.xml and Autologon not working

I'm trying to put together a template for 2008 Standard. I have some tasks that need to run after login, then the server reboots and it's ready for my customer. The only issus is that I cannot get the Autologon to work.

The administrator password was set in the template prior to running sysprep and works fine when I login manually.

I've place the following in the <settings pass="oobeSystem"> section under the <component name="Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup"... heading but it is not logging me in on reboot. What am I missing ?? Is it in the wrong section ?

<AutoLogon>

<Password>

<Value>mypassword</Value>

<PlainText>true</PlainText>

</Password>

<Username>Administrator</Username>

<Enabled>true</Enabled>

<LogonCount>3</LogonCount>

</AutoLogon>

Thanks,

John
