Chrome 88 to prevent Ad-blockers from working

<p>Chrome 88 will come equipped with Manifest V3 support for the Declarative Net Request API along with other changes&period; This update will bring feature changes in the Chromium project which will result in a number of restrictions for Chrome extensions&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><img class&equals;"alignnone size-full wp-image-613" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;wincert&period;net&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2015&sol;01&sol;chrome&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" width&equals;"720" height&equals;"340" &sol;><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>It appears that Ad Blockers will be most affected by this update as they will stop working properly&period; uBlock Origin and Ghostery are the first on the list of extensions that are known for being incompatible with the Manifest V3&period; According to Google&comma; some extensions can obtain sensitive information from the user which is inadmissible&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Additionally&comma; Manifest V3 will prevent extensions from running remote codes&comma; and while this is a good thing&comma; many extensions that run custom user scripts for changing the appearance and behavior of web sites will stop working&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Chromium-Edge browser from Microsoft will follow Google with this change as the company is already testing the Manifest V3 feature&period; On the other hand&comma; other Chromium-based browsers Vivaldi and Brave won&&num;8217&semi;t enable Manifest V3 and will resist it for as long as they can&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Mozilla will not and don&&num;8217&semi;t have any plans to adopt this change for its popular Firefox browser&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Still&comma; Manifest V2 will remain available for some time although Google did not define a removal date yet&period; Chrome 88 is planned to be released in January 2020 and from then on Google will accept extensions that are compatible with Manifest V3 in its store&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
