Microsoft fixes more issues with Windows 10 2004 update

<p>Microsoft has just released another optional cumulative update for its latest Windows 10 2004 version&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><img class&equals;"alignnone size-full wp-image-3427" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;wincert&period;net&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2019&sol;12&sol;keyboard-update&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" width&equals;"640" height&equals;"320" &sol;><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>This update was released under <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;support&period;microsoft&period;com&sol;en-us&sol;help&sol;4568831&sol;windows-10-update-kb4568831" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank" rel&equals;"noopener noreferrer">KB4568831<&sol;a> and fixes a couple of issues that were causing upgrade blocks for many Windows 10 devices&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The first fixed issue was related to problems with connecting to more than one Bluetooth device when certain Realtek drivers are used&period; The other fixed issue is related to problems with the variable refresh rate on devices with Intel iGPU&period; Once the variable refresh rate was enabled on affected devices&comma; the VRR was not working for games that are using DirectX 9&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Microsoft has also said that it plans to fix the issue when older drivers for Nvidia GPUs are used&comma; meaning all drivers below v358&period;00&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>And while some of the issues have been fixed by the company&comma; Microsoft introduced a new issue that was discovered and being investigated&period; Devices with applications or drivers that are using certain versions of <em>askfridge&period;sys<&sol;em> or <em>aksdf&period;sys<&sol;em> could have issues with updating or restarting&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>If your system was affected with the above-mentioned issues&comma; you can now force the update and immediately afterward install this optional update&period; If you&&num;8217&semi;re not in a hurry&comma; that you could just wait for the upgrade blocks to be lifted during the next month&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
