Microsoft is throttling availability of Windows 10 20H2

Now that Microsoft has released the latest version 20H2 of its Windows 10 operating system, they are rather cautious with the ongoing roll-out.

On Windows 10 v20H2 dashboard Microsoft has noted that the company is slowly throttling up the availability of the latest update in the coming weeks in order to ensure a reliable download experience. As a result, many users will not be offered to download the latest update at this point.

There are two unmitigated issues currently under investigation including Errors or issues with certain Conexant audio drivers and Conexant ISST audio drivers. Microsoft is probably waiting to see if any additional issues with the latest update will pop-up before they release it to everyone, so we’ll have to be patient.

For those who would still like to get the latest update right away, you can use a direct update link or create Windows 10 installation media using the installation tool here.
