Are you sure it is your ISP that is blocking it?  Could it possibly be either a setting in your Firewall or AV, your DNS, or even your HOSTS file?  All of those could block the site.

I just found the culprit to my problem...it's the host file!!! Thanks bphlpt

For any future problems, it is also possible that a browser extension can be at fault.  Only way to know for sure is if you disable each extension one at a time until they are all disabled, and then try a different browser for good measure.  Problems like this can be a royal pain to troubleshoot, but is is very rarely the ISP.

HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64

Changes in HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64 v4.48 - Released on: Nov-26-2014:

  • Improved sensor indexing. For some addons (i.e. HWiNFOMonitor, Rainmeter) it will be required to download latest versions and reconfigure existing settings.

Fixed changing of sensor items order via the layout tab.

Added reading of sensor values from Aquaero (preliminary).

Improved support of Skylake-E/EP/EX.

Added a workaround for some crashes caused by Intel RST enterprise drivers.

Added ability to toggle RTSS/OSD output via a user-defined hotkey.

Improved Intel ME information.

Enhanced information returned for ASPEED GPUs.

Enhanced Broadwell-E/EN/EP/EX support.

Added ability to show/hide all sensor entries of a given type (temperatures, fans, etc.)

Added support of Giantec Semi GT34TS04 TSOD.
