sirtex Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 If an link is put under an image, then when I left click that image, it opens the image & not the link. This happens in Chrome, IE8 & FF5. bphlpt Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 Sorry for shouting, but...THIS IS A KNOWN ERROR SINCE THE LATEST FORUM SITE SOFTWARE UPDATES - BOTH OF THEM. UNTIL THIS IS FIXED, RIGHT CLICK THE LINK IMAGE AND CHOOSE "OPEN LINK IN NEW TAB". NIM Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 bphlpt is right, unfortunately this bug still hasn't been fixed.Please refer to this topic:Also, here's the official reply from IPB regarding this bug:It's one of those things we haven't decided HOW to fix yet.. only way right now is to disable lightbox.The problem is.. Everyone really wanted linked images to use the lightbox.. But.. When you do.. This happens.It's a known bug.. We just haven't come up with an acceptable way to fix it yet..I will disable the lightbox for now, so at least we can avoid this issue.
