Anyway, despite following your instructions twice, word for word, I've still got the same problem.

EDIT: So if then there are still some errors received by you, also try to uninstall then reinstall (Not repair!) Windows Journal Viewer 1.5 after other prerequisites installed (seems caused by some ink dlls are not registered properly at last time). Hopefully then everything's OK.

I noticed that you posted this on WinMatrix where a user called codename83 also has the same problem as me.

Therefore, as you've said, I'll reinstall all prerequisites including Journal Viewer and tell what has happened.

Just install all prerequisites that i mentioned above (or repair/reinstall them). Indeed MS Dots works fine on my Xp MCE and Pro. Good luck!

Btw, my favourite Tablet games is Tic Tac Toe... also works fine here
