I'm not surprised, it's despicable but typical of these companies, Microsoft, Twitter, Facebook, Google, are heavily and actively censoring everything that would bother the power that be (the COVID is a good example). The war against Russia is a war led by Nato by proxy.

There are some very, very slight differences. The code at https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/repack-directx-end-user-runtime-june-2010.84785/ is now mostly the same as the installer created by DXCB, which he referenced in his code comments. abbodi1406 added XAudio2_9redist.dll, did a more correct implementation of DirectX for Managed Code which added some missing registry references, and even made the code slightly smaller. I don't think that most people will notice the differences in practice, but YMMV.  As @mooms stated, the end result is essentially the same.

Voici un script pour créer un installateur silencieux de WinRAR en 32 et/ou 64 bits.
Vous pouvez ajouter votre licence et les thèmes de votre choix.


Mode d'emploi:

- Télécharger et extraire cette archive dans le dossier de votre choix:

- Télécharger une copie du setup de WinRAR dans la langue de votre choix: https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Vous pouvez télécharger les deux versions x86 & x64 pour faire un installateur universel qui installera la version correspondant à l'architecture sur laquelle il est exécuté.

- Placer le ou les installateur(s) que vous venez de télécharger dans le dossier setup ( ne pas renommer le ou les installateurs )

- Optionnel: Placer votre fichier de licence WinRAR (rarreg.key) dans le dossier setup

- Optionnel: Si vous voulez ajouter un ou plusieurs thèmes, décompresser chacun d'eux dans Themes\nom_du_thème\
                       Chaque thème doit être extrait dans son propre sous-dossier

- Download a copy of the WinRAR installer(s) in your language: https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
You can grab both x86 & x64 versions to make an universal installer, the sfx will take care to install the correct version.
 
- Place the installer(s) in the setup folder. (keep the original names)
 
- Optional: put a valid WinRAR license file (rarreg.key) in the setup folder
 
- Optional: extract the theme(s) you want to add in \Themes\theme_name\
                     Each theme must be extracted in his own subfolder

- Optional: If you want to add custom prefs to your WinRAR install (like enabling a theme you have added),

As long as the WinRAR installer routine is not modified this maker will work, so keep it, it will be useful again when WinRAR will be updated.

Maker mis à jour en version 3.9.
URL de téléchargement du setup slim mise à jour. CCleanerDU.dll  (sert pour la fonction de recherche des drivers qui n'a rien à faire dans CCleaner) est supprimé en même temps que CCUpdate.exe.  
Notez que si le téléchargement échoue (si l'URL de téléchargement change à nouveau), il reste possible d'utiliser le mode offline.

V2.2 of the maker: added the possibility to import a reg file with customs prefs (thanks to alfreire for the idea).

You can discard the zip, it was just created to be used wit nLite, but the exe inside is the same as the one created outside (you can compare the files).
If you use wintoolkit runonce as advised, the exe will be copied in the wim file by Wintoolkit, so you don't need it anywhere else.
I don't use setupcomplete so I can't provide any support on it.
