The Java-Maker works with 9.0.4 too; I didn't install it.

From that link I get the 1.5.4.17 downloaded too, but in the 7z-archive is the 1.5.4.9 from march 2017!

I tried this with the script:
1) In "bin" missing files copied from maker 3.5
2) Uncommented all lines with "::"
3) "Hard-coded" the Bundled-Id from the links in Boskorp's post

In "silent" you do not have any output; in "passive" you see only the installer's GUI (not the unpacking's one).

MS has released a fix for IE11, KB4032782; my windows does not request it (yet); no idea, if they will be in the next rollup.

Yes, it's better to see next week if and what MS changes...
Because the prerequisite (KB4019990) seems to be necessary only if you use directly the NET-FW_MS-Installer !
If you use one of the repacks (Sereby, abbodi1406, Ricktendo) you don't get the error like with the MS-Installer (binding to D3DCompiler_47.dll).
This library is already present on the most systems in the related program-directories, because it's used by Firefox (& derivated), Thunderbird, AcrobatReader, IE, but just not in C:\Windows\System32, where the MS-Installer is looking for.....
Even if Version 4.7 is already installed by one of the repacks and you start the MS-Installer, you still get the described error!
KB4019990 writes the library under C:\Windows\System32.

Have a look to this thread, Liam has released a new build of WTK (1.5.4.6)!
With this build some parts of the tutorial is not needed anymore (page 6 and a part of page 7); renaming the last rollup KB3185330 in IE11-XXXX is not necessary anymore too.

This is a common-update for RDP 8.1, may be you didn't select it.
1) This is normal: KB2534111 is the only update from an old Win7-ISO to the Win7-ISO Refresh (actual) you used; is not necessary anymore with convenience rollup.
2) & 3) Is for NET-FW: you can move/integrate them under RunOnce
4) Not necessary for HomePremium; if you build an ISO only for HomePremium, don't select it.
 
BTW, Liam released a newer build of WTK: 1.5.4.5!

I don't believe this, Liam didn't change WTK since July 2015...
Be happy and work with this solution and the last WTK 1.5.4.4.

It takes a couple of days, but you can every time chose to download "specified version 32" (or 64) then you can chose 49.0.

Hi Ron,
today I made some tests for you !
1) Downloaded english-ISO Win7 HomePremium with the tool i linked in my previous post.
2) Integrated WUD UL 22.07.2016 (sections 2, 3, 5, 6 and IE11.exe from "English Setup Files") + NFW 4.6.1 (link in my previous post), KB3020369 & KB2670838 are set as "Prerequisite": NO errors, NO issues, nothing!
3) Installed in a VM (VirtualBox 5.1.2): again NO issues, no errors, nothing!
4) Started sfc /scannow: NO errors!
5) installed and started MBAM: no errors, no trojans, nothing!
BUT:
one update has not been installed (but NO errors), even if it is under Silent-SFX in WTK: KB2533552! This update is NOT integrable offline!
KB2603229 has been integrated, but has no effect, is only like a place-holder; this update is NOT integrable offline too!
It means you have to integrate this two KBs in a running Windows!
You can follow the same sequence: in this way you have a definitely working ISO with all updates and NFW.
Last but not least: with the "Classic way"  the integration takes on my system half an hour longer to finish and the ISO is bigger (~= 500 MB).
I appended some pictures and the INI I used for the integration: unpack the archive and have a look .
BTW: the requested 3 updates (pict 6) are for RDP (optional) and the Service Pack 1 (pict 7) is KB2533552, the other 7 (pict 7) are for W10!

This is an "effect" of Convenience Rollup Pack!
For this reason @rhahgleuhargh built the SFX "Rollup.exe" to hide the W10-related and exactly those two KBs.

I just finished a test on VM; start condition:
X86 HomePremium, installed with the last UL + KB3138612 (without the three .cab for update-client!) + DeepCleaning.
I run a WU-update (patch day), all OK, a new search with no result, then a deep cleaning, so I got this list at the end:
