KB3136000 seems not to be compatible with rollup KB3139551: installing FW 4.6.1 in the normal way (manually or through WU) doesn't cause WU to ask for KB3136000 again and again.

I tried it many times in 2 VMs with the old and the new installer:
JRE 8u66 installed, then updated to 71/72 ---> 8u66 (8u71) has been uninstalled; updated the existing 8u72 to 8u73/74, 8u72 has not been uninstalled.
8u73 installed and updated to 8u74, 8u73 has not been uninstalled.

I think I found what caused the error: in every line

Yes, I know, I found this KB in the list from WHD, but as I said I don't know a link for it; if I download the hotfix I get a link fro MS (per email).
I tried already to integrate those extracted .msu, but WinToolkit had problems with: extracted file and the download from WHD had different checksums...

you don't need use both files,because KB3055016 has been replaced (superseded) by KB3085503!
 
It means, you have first to control, which updates have been replaced and exclude them from the installation/integration.

the new package seems not to install foreign languages: if I install it on an italian OS, no matter if silent or not, it installs the "basic" program and for the language pack stops and say "If you want to install this feature please start Setup.exe"; if I hit the OK-Button it finishes the installation (NO LP!) without further issues.

Is the package not yet ready for foreign languages?

It's then easy for the Lego to move the thread into the solved bugs.

BTW, it's not a WinRAR-Archive, it's a 7z.
