I am purchasing from India
I think of This BoardAsrock Board cost 80 USD to me
AMD Athlon II X4 635 processor 95 usd 2.9 GHZ overclocked to about 4.5GHZ easily.
I not to sure about ASSRock, I stay with ASUS and Gigabyte. 4.5 on that 635?? I have only seen them get to 3.5 -3.7. I have heard that you can unlock L3 cache in Athlon II's but I have never tried. Because of the low L2 cache and no L3, I am not a fan of the Athlon II's as a quad. That looks like a nice setup though.

I forgot to ask, where are you buying from?
Comes out to around $223.98
I have the same mobo and CPU. If you can't unlock the cores you can hit 4GHZ easy as a dual.
-
How much is that in USD?
-
LMAO, that was a good one.

LMAO, I think that is a bit overkill. I am sure the mobo temps will be higher. Nice find.

I forgot to put that in that i'm getting the XFX GPU version
And for how everything is going... Fine, just finished my ICT BTEC First course with an A grade, I'm now moving up to BTEC National. (I'm not sure if you have the same levels?) now i'm just visiting friends and family... Plus saving my money up.
You?
Just working and spending time with my daughter. I have her 1 week on and 1 week off now since school is out. She goes to summer school Mon-Thurs and a reading program on Sunday. So we have a tight schedule.

I just wanted to wish all the fathers a HAPPY FATHERS DAY.

Welcome to WinCert.

Nice build but I would go with the i7 930, we sell them for 199 at MicroCenter.
Stick with the H50 for cooling.
I think Corsair makes the best PSU (which is made by SeaSonic) or get a SeaSonic.
For the video card I would get the XFX version, XFX has the best warranties.
How is everything going snakecracker?
-
Thanks for sharing snakecracker.

I finished with the training yesterday, well actually the last 2 days I have been selling but today is my 1st day on commission. Hopefully I do as good as I have been or better.

LMAO. They loved those chairs

Dang you hit the jackpot!
Im guessing you can get Windows 7 for free because they have a MSDN account or something
No, I don't have a MSDN account. Most of the vendors have a video/tutorial/test that will help you sell their product so when you past the test they give you a gift.
-
OK, I just found out yesterday that there are vendor test you can take and you can get games, Win 7, MS 2010 etc for free you can also get hardware too and big discounts.
-
Thanks everyone again.
I worked from 10-6 today. All I have to say is that I wanted to slice my wrist. LOL. All I did today was read and listen to videos and take test. One part of the test you had to type out the MC GEARS system and to pass the test you could not have any misspelled words, commas etc. had to be in the right places and Caps had to be the same, plus word for word. I can say one thing though MicroCenter is making that money, which runlinx already knows. I work from 10-6 tom also but thats all I know so far. I will be testing/traing for 1 week, then shadowing. I have a sh1tload of test still.

I would go with any of the Zalman's, they have to he option for a extra fan but since you are worried abound sound go with the Katana 3. I am just not a fan of that design.

THANKS N1K.
