Try installing Kels Vista Drive AddOn manually

Uncompress to subfolder and right click on the .INF file

Select Install

Browse to the .CAB archive and hit open then OK

Now reboot and see it that helped

d3monh3art IDK how the installer will help you, It uses RUNDLL32 to launch the INF also
