Is it possible to make another version that can open/edit interactive PDF files? 'Cause right now every time I want to fill out an interactive form I have to uninstall lite version, install full version and after editing go back to lite version.

ok so let me clarify the problem i'm having:
i've made two ISOs and installed OS from them,
both had the same updates integrated
both had winsxs backup removed (vlite tab)
the only difference was that ISO1 had also removed many packages through AIO and ISO2 didn't
so why the resulting OS after installation was bigger for ISO1?
why did the additional removal process ADDED junk to winsxs?

Delete 'WinSXS\\Backup' Folderalso i've installed most of my std programs so no point in comparing the C drive, but look at the winsxs, it's the same as on the clean windows installation, thus smaller then after the "REMOVAL":
For the record:
os with "REMOVED" packages didn't have them, they were gone, so no problem here
but why the size increased? that's what worries me..

bah, don't assume that ppl are stupid
presented screens are from VM AFTER installation.
i know that the source iso would become larger but the 'removed' packages SHOULDN'T be installed, right?
then pls explain why the resulting OS is approx 1,6GB bigger then the clean installation without removal/updates.
and don't give me the notion that the updates made the os larger, 'cause KBs ARE replacing the outdated files on the os, right? that's the point of integration..
you can talk dirt about rt7 but it did the work, at least. i had os fully working for 3 years made using rt7 only and was WAY smaller then those 2 screens from above
WT shouldn't 'talk' about removal if the process increases the footprint, it should be renamed to disable at least..
any way.. who cares about the installation source size?! the size of the os AFTER install is the goal, right?

i've made ISO with WinToolkit:
- integrated updates,
- removed components,
- deleted vLite stuff.
and my resulting OS was HEAVIER then the standard one!
any one care to explain?

man, i did just that!
i've installed unmodified Windows 7 SP1 EN x64 [X17-59186], then intel and nvidia drivers, Firefox and VBox.
and i'm getting red integrations on my host and green one on my guest os.
why there's no logging in WT is beyond my understanding

right so i've run WT several times in different conditions and still i get all red updates..
i uninstalled RAMdisk, comodo firewall, enabled UAC and even installed all those things on VM and the WT works just fine on VM!
i give up.. gonna go since it's midnight here and got some exams tomorrow ;/
gonna have to make the whole WT integration/removal/tweaking procedure in VM :<

yep, prereq.. means that this particular update/addon needs to be integrated in the first stage to make other updates work, i.e. IE9 is a prereq for cumulative IE updates.
but as 'sperseded' status go, i'm lost too.
how does the WT determine which KB superseds other KB?

ok, so i've got something:
i've installed the same clean w7 on VM (vbox) and there started the integration in wintoolkit and... IT WORKS!
why?? dunno
as for languages, no problem there since i'm on english host trying to make english iso.
also on my other pc was Polish w7 and made integration of English w7 just fine
my last thought is RAMDisk, 'cause you mentioned it in the other thread.
but i'm using ramdisk just for profile folder for Firefox and nothing else!
the whole integration procedure takes place on HDD (source files, KBs, wintoolkit)..
anyway, when the VM finishes the integration (116 updates) i'll try disabling the ramdisk and fire up WinT on my host os
will get back to you..

how come? mine is slower since it has less of RAM and less of CPU (2 instead of 4 cores) and more stress on pc itself (2 OSes)..

right, so i'm done with rt7 and would like to lite my new win7 and install it fresh but CAN'T due to those integration errors :/
i'm trying to integrate updates (downloaded from ms sites directly) into Windows 7 SP1 EN x64 [X17-59186] iso.

i've met a peculiar error, though.
i was on lited (by rt7+rt7booster) win7x64sp1 and when i was trying to integrate any update to new image (oem from ms site) it would fail: red color, not integrated.
so i thought it was my old (host) os fault and went on another pc with clean default win7x64sp1 on it.
everything wen smooth there: all updates were integrated, winsxs backup removed and speech/natural language removed.
then i went back on my pc, installed the created os on it and everything works just fine: all apps working, updates working, just perfect.
now i launched the wintoolkit again on this freshly installed os and again all updates failed to integrate!
how is this possible? what's wrong with my pc? i couldn't find any log of integration procedure so i'm in the dark now and can't figure this out.
help?
