k-lite codec pack now has win 7 support, im using the beta+real alternative with no issues.

Sounds good, i installed the vista sp2 rc about a week ago on my laptop, quite impressed but this is the first time i have tried vista.
So this will be a windows 7/vista toolkit?

I have been using 7022 x86 for a few weeks nopw, and i am very impressed, fixed a few issues i had with 7000.
PS: 7022 x64 has been leaked...

Thanks for this, it would be good to also see a 3.1b2 addon if possible, when i get some more time i will get back into things and make a few small addons, i done a few for xp/nlite in the past.
EDIT: 3.0.7 is out, im also wondering is it possible to make an addon of this with the "glasser" addon preinstalled? (its a mod that makes the ui match the aero theme better).

No problem, personally i don't like it, it alerts me to way to much stuff and half most of the time its just because im editing system files etc.. So i just use the anti-virus.
Does anyone know the reg entries for the AV to input my username and password??
I look into the registry and could only find the username field, no password field??

Whats wrong with faster downloads?? I think there is a description of how its done on the homepage or in help files, i never had any problems using it.

Rick you say above it will need download if no reg entries but it dosent ask me.. i used $oem$ method to put the exe in system32 and it is ok.. also i see you all talk of this beta sp3?? i don't know about you guys but im using the release candidate 1 (3244)... ifd you have the correct reg entries on your pc it should show up on the ms update site for download.

Evil?? This is one of the best apps i have ever installed and $20 is a small price to pay for it if you use a dial up connection or slow broadband.. even good if you have a fast connection.. i use with my premium rs account and get no problem downloading or resuming, and have downloaded dvd size iso at 50kps with no error ;-)

Are you sure its not fixed in sp3, i used to get this all the time using sp2 and winblinds, but not had it once using sp3 and msstyles. I once installed the vista inspirate pack and it happend a lot then also....

Ok I think i understand now, making INF addons was next on my list of 2DOs...
At what point does an INF addon install??
One thing i don't like about stuff installing at t13 is if you have a lot installing at that point it takes ages to pass 13 and to someone else (ie a friend who you make a disc for) it seems strange.. would be good if there was a way to mod how the timer works on install..
The first disc i made had a lot of stuff going on in runonceex, i also don't like this it looks messy on install to a new user.

Yes please explain the difference, i thought this was classed as an addon as i made a .cab from my silent installer for nLite?? Confused. How do i get an md5 hash of my file?? I am willing to learn any methods, am new to this but a fast learner.

Hi, this is my first public nLite addon.
Its a 30 day trial of NOD32 2.7 with the virus definitions updated to 07/12/2007, yes i know NOD32 3.0 is out and i will post it later, just got to upload but i still use and prefer this version myself ;-)

Did you do an upgrade? None of my icons are missing but some people who upgraded reported missing icons..
