My friend told me that there is an awesome forum, exclusively made for repacks & portable installers. There are many updated repacks in it. 
This is the forum: Repacks.NET
The main repackers in that forum are from WinCert Forums too, such as alfreire, ricktendo, kanyos & Vandit. Even I am a repacker in that forum. ;0

After much search in internet I found a way to Pin Program to TaskBar in Win 7 with Inno Setup or other installers... There is a program called TaskBar Pinner here http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.108 can be used with this command as example:

Although this runtime  consider to be optional software , but they are becoming a necssity today due the larg number of software that
