Last weekend, a very large upload to the downloads directory caused the server's backup process to break, and consequently took WinCert and all other sites on the server down for several hours.
To avoid this kind of issue in the future, the following changes have been made to the download manager:
Normal users no longer have upload permission by default. Upload permission is granted to known and reputable forum members on request. Only 3 revisions of uploads are kept. Maximum file size is 10 MB. If you need more, please get in touch and explain the reason. Uploaded files now require approval. Repacks of software, for which public redistribution is not allowed, will not be approved.

Version 3.5 SP1 includes versions 2.0 SP2 and 3.0 SP2. At the beginning of the installation, it tries to connect to the Internet to download the language pack. Version 4.5 is an in-place upgrade to the .NET Framework 4 with a high degree of compatibility. RuntimePack is a free runtime component assembly installer. The software was created and developed by the Russian developer JamesZero. RuntimePack can be downloaded from any other trusted website. RuntimePack adds runtime libraries to Windows and includes the libraries and components recommended for Windows installation. RuntimePack has most of the runtime libraries needed, making it simpler and easier to install. Unlike its alternatives, Delphi Runtime and Visual C++, with this app, you don't have to install many individual components.

RuntimePack takes away the hassle of having to figure out which Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages are needed. RuntimePack includes most of the DLL and OCX files required that might be missing or unregistered which causes system errors. Why would one need RuntimePack?
When installing Windows, the runtime library is the library file needed by a program when it runs, provided by the Dynamic-link library. WebView2 Runtime
Hablamos de un controlador para Edge que Microsoft ha comenzado a instalar en sus ordenadores con Windows sin permiso del usuario. Se utiliza para proporcionar funciones basadas en web en muchos programas de escritorio, entre ellos Microsoft (Office) 365, utilizando Edge como motor renderizado para hacerlo.
Gracias a este componente, los desarrolladores van a poder tanto incluir como renderizar contenido web directamente desde sus aplicaciones nativas. De esta forma sería posible incluir contenido CSS, HTML y JavaScript, lo cuales podremos procesar sin necesidad de utilizar para ello un navegador web.
