You can download the August 2018 refresh, or the Dell branded version. For the vanilla Win 7 SP1 version, you'll have to wait until February.

Dell hasn't released newer versions for this model.
You could download Windows 10 version 2004 or 20H2 for Inspiron 7790 instead.

Dell will likely add them to the newer models later. I suspect they need time for adding their branding and testing compatibility.

So that's why I never received a notification that there's a new thread.
Actually, the MS servers really have the new images twice - so I included both of them in the downloader, in case MS realizes their mistake, and remove one of the images again.

From the experience of the past months, I'd say that file should be reasonably easy to get in the next couple of days. But since the number of Visio licenses on the database is very limited, better try to request it more frequently than twice per day.

Frankly, I'm surprised that MS still hasn't shut down the API yet. Let's hope it's not going to happen with the start of the year - in which case Office 2010 and Win 7 would be gone for good.

It's probably too old and no longer supported for OS download, but if you want you can send me your service tag, and I'll have a look.
In any case, you can download the image for any othert Inspiron model. They're all identical.

Thanks for the report. It looks like I mistakenly removed support for CPUs that incompatible with 32-bit code. Bugfix is coming soon.

You know you can also use the retail download for installation with an OEM key? The download is still good for another 8 hours.

I've never analyzed them in detail. I wouldn't be surprised if the only difference is the product ID. My original Windows 7 purchase was an upgrade version, and I could use the same disc for full installations too, without noticing any differences.

French W7 Pro has been available every month so far. The Win 7 Pru Upgrade download has only two languages, French and Korean. Both of them unlock every time.
You can use the upgrade media for a full installation as well.

The next download cycle will start tomorrow.
Experience has shown that only few Office 2010 downloads become available while people try to grab Windows 7 downloads (Microsoft's throttling applies to both). Therefore, be patient - your download will surely become available by 2nd or 3rd December.

It's certainly possible to integrate the driver into the install media, but it would be much easier to just store it on a pen drive, and install it after the OS installation.

That depends on your hardware. Drivers for some network adapters are included with Win 7. To be on the safe side, I'd recommend downloading the driver from the manufacturer website before you wipe your computer.

Sorry I had to remove the link. Since it is unclear whether that site provides their downloads with or without permission, linking to it can cause very unpleasant issues.
However, since the site does have the requested download indeed, let me help find the link through Google or similar means. It has something to do with the-eye, and is located in the EU.
