This is the pro version, and not the free version. Posting is therefore not allowed. I'm removing the links. In the future, make sure to post repacks of free software only.

Sorry about the delay. I'm still working through some personal issues that take a lot more time than anticipated. The half finished Edge based app is still on my to-do list of course.  Maybe I can get back to development in a month or so.

This will probably be the last chance to get Windows 7 and Office 2010 downloads, before Microsoft drops support for these products in early 2020.
Starting October 1, 0:00 UTC, the download database on the server will be reset on the first day of every month. We will then generate one link per hour on a first come first served basis, whatever is requested, until all licenses are used up. The database is then again reset on the first day of the following month, and downloads can be provided again for some time.
Requesting a download can result in one of the four following cases:
    1. A license for link generation of the requested file is currently available, and the last link generation on the server has happened more than an hour ago ---> new link generation will be attempted, and if successful, the download can be provided.
    2. The requested download has been requested and generated in the last 24 hours ---> cached download link will be provided (cached downloads are indicated with a green font in the download tool).
    3. All licenses for the product have been used up ---> come back and try again next month after the database reset.
    4. A license for link generation of the requested file is currently available, however, the server did another link generation for a different product in the last hour ---> come back and try again in one hour, and be faster than everyone else.
I will think about error messages so that you guys can distinguish between cases 3. and 4. easily. Let's see how this will go. Hopefully everyone can still get all downloads they need before MS takes them down for good...

Be patient. I've made good progress. There should be an official announcement and pre-release download (alpha or beta) here soon, hopefully by the end of the month.

    All MS Edge based now.

I'm not surprised, it's despicable but typical of these companies, Microsoft, Twitter, Facebook, Google, are heavily and actively censoring everything that would bother the power that be (the COVID is a good example). The war against Russia is a war led by Nato by proxy.

Someone added a spam comment, so this thread was resurrected, and for whatever reason remained on top, even after I deleted the spam.
I'm still with Hostwinds with all my domains, and intend to remain. There hasn't been a single outage in more than five years now. (At least none caused by hosting. I think I did cause some minor outages by playing with the configuration if I remember right...)
Customer support is fast, efficient and knowlegable, and prices are competitive. They're not super cheap though, but from my experience, super cheap providers tend to mess things up regularly.
Last Friday, the server was migrated to CloudLinux and SSD drive. Down time was only one hour. And the server is super fast now.

I don't like to keep my domain names with a web host though. That keeps things more flexible. I used to host my domains with NameBargain.com, but since they've been bought by Register.com, prices have exploded. So I transferred all domains to dynadot. Also great prices and great service. They have a refer-a-friend program through which new customers receive $5 initial credit for domain registrations. http://www.dynadot.com/?s8n8T6C7j8S8R6K8l (disclaimer: I'll receive the same credit.)

What's the issue with the current app? It's updated through server updates at least twice per month. The new version is still in no shape for release.

No... They don't exist as retail or OEM versions. That's the likely reason MS doesn't make any public downloads available.

Yes, you can message it to me directly. The service tags are unique indeed, and tied to your machine. I don't know how one would misuse them, but better be safe than sorry.

Most Dell images are identical, so you can just pick a different model and download the respective image.
If you want, you can also send me your service tag, and I'll have a look for the download for your model.

Thanks for the feedback. All those are reasons why a new tool is needed, and the existing one won't be updated.
The new downloader is supposed to be released before IE11 EOL, as the old one is likely going to cease working when MSIE gets removed from Windows systems.

Are you sure there are updated iso files?
My understanding was that whenever Dell makes a new iso file available, it could be downloaded with existing service tags, but maybe I'm mistaken about that.
Anyway, if you provide a service tag that qualifies for a file that's not yet available through the tool, just let me know the tag, and I'll make an update available.

It will be added in a separate tab.

Last weekend, a very large upload to the downloads directory caused the server's backup process to break, and consequently took WinCert and all other sites on the server down for several hours.
To avoid this kind of issue in the future, the following changes have been made to the download manager:
Normal users no longer have upload permission by default. Upload permission is granted to known and reputable forum members on request. Only 3 revisions of uploads are kept. Maximum file size is 10 MB. If you need more, please get in touch and explain the reason. Uploaded files now require approval. Repacks of software, for which public redistribution is not allowed, will not be approved.

Jan Krohn reacted to Jon Marc Torred in windows 7 august 2018 / Explain the difference and advantage from the Original clean version of Windows 7
IIRC, the Windows 7 2018 iso is a poor attempt at compiling updates. I see no advantages in installing it over the original ISO. I suggest that you install the original ISO then follow it up with the Simplix pack. I typically never use windows update anymore. This pack already contains all the relevant ones and it is just one executable.
The sequence I use goes like this:
    1. Download a clean Windows 7 ISO
    2. Download the latest Simplix Updatepack, Directx, .Net Framework 4.8
    3. Put everything you downloaded in one folder
    4. Run the executable for the updatepack. (As long as the addons are in the same folder, they will be installed as well.)
    5. Wait for the process to finish.
    6. Finally, install the repack of Visual Runtimes from here.
Just download the latest Updatepack if you want get the latest updates and do the process again. I doubt the Directx and NF 4.8 will get anymore updates but feel free to check.

There are a few dozen different ISO files for Vista. Here's an overview:

You can find the most common Vista images by googleing the file name or the hash (usually on dodgy sites).

Jan Krohn got a reaction from Bob1212 in Which ISO should I use to repair, and/or do a repair-install?
    Hi Bob,
I've never done much with DISM, so I can I can only tell you what I suspect would be the case.
I don't think that the 2004 DISM will work with the 20H2 ISO. However, it will definitely work with the 2004 ISO.
Now 21H1 is about to be released, and I think that could trigger another forced upgrade for old releases. If I remember right, these releases have a life span of 1.5 years, meaning, you can only use 2004 for another couple of months before the next forced upgrade is due. Therefore, it could be better to upgrade straight to 20H2, which will last 6 more months until early 2022.
Let me answer both your post in one reply since they're connected.
You don't need an active internet connection to do a repair upgrade. Just make sure the connection is offline before you start setup. In my experience, repair upgrades fix almost any issue with the Windows installation.
And it's not over yet. After two years, my lawyer has finally made some progress on my data subject request, so let's wait and see what personal data Amazon has collected about me over the years.
That's not a bug. The two files seem identical but have different product IDs, so I decided to keep both in the list, in case one of them should disappear without prior announcement from Microsoft.
