  1. I don't currently have the files with me and it is OK if I send it tomorrow? Just to confirm, you want Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, right? Please note that I only have English versions with me and if you prefer to use another language (eg: Korean), you need to download a language pack after the installation.

  2. Which ever one you want! I suggest you use the original version (NOT Aug 2018) since it is the official one and it can be unlocked to become a multi-SKU disc image. The only downside is you have to install all updates after the installation.

Here is the Korean translation if you have trouble understanding English:

어느 쪽을 원하는지! 공식 버전이므로 원본 버전 (2018 년 8 월 11 일)을 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 잠금을 해제하여 다중 SKU 디스크 이미지가 될 수 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 설치 후 모든 업데이트를 설치해야한다는 것입니다.

  3. Those folders you were talking about are called index(es). Each index is one SKU and that only happen in a multi-SKU image. All of the original Windows 7 discs and downloads are actually multi-SKU but only one SKU can be installed because they have the file ei.cfg (which pre-selects the SKU for you during the setup). You can export one single index of a multi-SKU image and it will look just as you described (no 1, 2, 3... folders). I haven't looked at those August updated images yet but I am assuming that install.wim contains only one index and maybe that will explain why.

Sometimes, you can install Windows to a computer, then install all updates, Sysprep and add everything back to a WIM file but I don't think Microsoft does that very often. I don't think that the August updated ISOs were done this way and I will take a look at those ISOs later to figure out exactly how they did it.

  4. I have almost all the official Windows 7 ISOs (en-us) downloaded a few years ago from TechBench. Tell me which edition you want and the architecture then I can PM you a link. You can download an Italian language pack easily.

If you are using the DELL ISOs on a non-DELL computer, make sure you are following this guide by Philip Yip to convert it to a retail copy of Windows 7.

  5. What do you mean by 4K? 3840x2160 or 4096x2160? As far as I know, the original Bliss wallpaper sold on Corbis is 4510x3627 but that is still not the original one taken by Charles O'Rear. The Corbis 4510x3627 one was a cropped version but it is the most original version that still exist. None of those images are in 4K resolution because the concept of 16:9 aspect ratio wasn't that popular in the 90s.

What you can do is you can grab the 4510x3627 TIF version and crop it to get 4K resolution (so it is not stretched😁).

  6. OK, I can understand you have vision problem and that is fine. I just want to ask whether you wrote your post in English or translated it because I cannot fully understand what you wrote as some part does not make sense. If you used a speech recognition tool to write the message, some words might have been misinterpreted.

The error message is a bit confusing and what language was it originally in? Was it in Greek? To me it sound like a driver issue but the error said "No driver is missing" which is strange. If possible, could you ask for somebody else to just take a picture of that error and sent it through.

Since you mentioned your computer is HP ProBook 450 G6, here is the official website for drivers: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-450-g6-notebook-pc/23201167. I could not find any USB drivers on it though.

  7. Although I never experienced that problem before but I would suggest downloading a clean copy of Windows 7 and copy it onto your USB stick then install again. If you still can't get it to install, please upload an image of the error if possible.
