Windows 10 Insider builds cannot be downloaded (404)

I am trying to download the latest Insider client build 16278 but it fails. I first get the error that is described in i cannot download windows 10 oem version please help . I had seen this error before with a previous Insider version but decided not to inquire . Signing in to my Microsoft account helped me one step further. However when I continue and choose the desired version the server gives error 404, file or directory not found.I tried to download a couple of other Insider versions and they also failed with the 404 error. -
Which version of the toolkit is compatibel with windows 10 ? Or is there another tool out for win 10 ?

Heyho I have created a huge driver-pack for Windows. It based on DriverPackSolution-Disk but its includes only NT6.1+ Drivers in x64 and x86. I have also removed some drivers which are troubling the Installation. Now you can all integrate/install, safely in force-unsigned-mode.
