Building a Windows 7 All-in-One ISO

Greetings,

I'm trying to make a fully updated all-in-one Windows 7 ISO and I have a couple questions:

  1. If simply removing 'ei.cfg' allows one to choose any of Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate why include in the WIM a separate image for each one?
  2. I need this ISO to load from an Easy2Boot USB drive, so "silent installs + SFX" won't work. What would be the best way to integrate things that need to be installed live? I'm thinking of using an '$OEM$' folder and 'SetupComplete.cmd,' but I'd prefer to not leave clutter around after the installation. Any advice would be appreciated.
