Unable to download Windows 10 November 2019 Update: Windows 10 Home/Pro.

Recommended Posts

I presently have Win 10 Home 32-bit (1809) on my PC, and I am trying to upgrade to 1909.

My update does not give me the option to update to 1909, though it displays the message:

“You’re currently running a version of Windows that’s nearing the end of service. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 to get the latest features and security improvements.”

I had tried to use MediaCreationTool1909, but after the download, I got the message:

“There was a problem running this tool

We’re not sure what happened, but were unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code 0xC1800103 - 0x90002”

So, I am trying to download the ISO directly as I want to install the 64-bit version and update to 1909. I am downloading from my Win 10 environment.

However, I was unable to download Windows 10 November 2019 Update: Windows 10 Home/Pro.

I selected “English” as the language.

For the 64-bit version, I received this error message:

Unable to download … Win10_1909_English_x64.iso from software-download.microsoft.com.

Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

For the 32-bit, I received this error message:

Unable to download … Win10_1909_English_x32.iso from software-download.microsoft.com.

Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Can you help, please?

Thank you.
