Once installed: Where does the language apply on the operating system/Office software? Does turning the language into another in the settings eventually boil down to the same thing? Jan Krohn Posted October 23, 2020 Share Posted October 23, 2020 Which editions do you mean? Retail and OEM? Windows 7 and Windows 7 August 2018? Both differences have been explained many times.
