Ok, I'll try to help, but lets go from the start..

Which version of messenger are you using. Which browser are you using, if FF, are you having problems with accessing sites by using IE7?

In the meantime let us delete current Live Messenger settings with one registry key: remove_msgrsettings.reg

Also have in mind that messing around with your registry can break your computer. If you don't know what this file does, consider whether you want to use it or whether you might be better off contacting Microsoft Support.

Well i have tried with all the Windows Live Messenger Versions, 8.6 and 9.0 Beta. And it didn't let me to connect, i have tryed with another software likje Pidgin, Emesene, aMSN, but nothing...

I can Surf the Net without problems, i Use Firefox and Opera.

I Will Try that registry key and comment.

Thanks

Edit:

I have tried the registry key and is the same.. the msn haven't worked

This is the error:

>And this is msn saying that it

It isn't the unique think that didn't work fine in Windows Vista...

It could be specifically related to your account, for example, corruption in your profile. For a start, can you create another msn account and try with that one?

If that won't work, follow this troubleshooter (although this is only for Live Messenger):

To cover all angles, this error code may also appear if one of the following holds true:

- You are not connected to the Internet.

- You cannot visit a Web page that uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protection.

- The Windows Live Messenger proxy settings are incorrect.

- The Windows Live Messenger is blocked by a firewall.

- The computer network does not allow access to the .NET Messenger service.

To fix this, we may have to delete the contacts cache. I

8.b. It gives me an error message in the following dlls:

- regsvr32 initpki.dll

- regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll

- regsvr32 slbcsp.dll

- regsvr32 sccbase.dll

Well, and the Windows Live Messenger isn't Working, It could be a Windows Vista Error? It isn't the unique error that i have in Vista..

Well, I really don't know what to do next. It surely seems like a firewall problem, but as you said, you have disabled your firewall.

Since you said that you can't use any messenger, it looks like a port problem which could be blocked by firewall.

Are you using hardware firewall maybe, like a router firewall?

i have had this problem a few times on XP and Vista

its your internet connection that is stopping it from connecting.

go to >

options>

then go to the connection tab

and there it will say if you are connected to the .NET Messenger Service.

if its not connected>/

try uninstalling the program as well then getting a different version

try 8.1

if that does not work

contact your (ISP) Internet Service Provider for more help.
