well there is a newer run box there which i would be loving if you guys include it in XPtsp, also the date and time they have is better than the one included in this pack (infact the current version is also mentioned in that topic somewhere below, but http://tools.oszone.net/Jekson07/ResPatch/...pal/intl.cpl.7z is better)

and last thing their task manager is KILLER, hehe plz include that too :P

 Whoa! THAT is a bug! The fact that NR_IE7en.CAB is recompressed into WMP11.CAB just isn't right! It also explains why nothing in WMP11.CAB gets patched. Mind you, I use OnePiece's IE7 add-on, not MrNxDmx's! I've fixed the source code and will upload in a few minutes! Edited by dougiefresh

run box as mentioned by MadMaxX...

runboxnv4.th.jpgthpix.gif

- as of "time and date" there is a russian text on the new bitmaps (i'll ask Jekson07 to remove it, cause i don't know how to remove layers in photoshop)...

- task manager looks nice, but they said, there is a problem with resizing a dialog after patching...

GUI Version 1.0.10b16b is available for download. Resources updated to match batch 16b, a line of code was added to actually add DSI to XP source and compression destination for NR_IE7EN.CAB was fixed.

Thanks mate. That was quick. I'll test it asap and report back.

This latest resources that amnesia posted in two post up are not included if I'm correct?

No prob. Let me know if anything else is wrong or broken. Regarding the latest resources, nope.... I thought I forgot something. On another note, the new Icon Theme for DSI didn't get created because I had a horrible weekend. Things got worked out, though (for now). I've started working on, though.

i could be mistaken, but

:hmmapim

set name=hmmapi

set name1=dll

set ext=mui

set big=HMMAPI

set com=MU_

if not exist "i386\%big%.%com%" set com=mui

if not exist "i386\%big%.%com%" goto hnetwiz

%xp% "i386\%big%.%com%" "%tmp%\%name%.%ext%" >nul

if exist "i386\%name%.%ext%" Del "i386\%name%.%ext%" >nul

%rh% %ao% "%tmp%\%name%.%ext%", "%tmp%\%name%.%ext%", "%res%\%name%.%name1%.res"?

obsessive-compulsive update:

- dfshim.dll.res (icons)

- sfc_os.dll.res (icons)

- shdoclc.dll.res (icon's formats to closer match originals)

- shdocvw.dll.res (added: bitmaps 336 and 337, cursor 103, changed icons and icon's formats to closer match originals)

- shimgvw.dll.res (icon formats-indexes fixed; somehow i have different bitmaps, dunno which r better)

- shscrap.dll.res (icon formats-indexes fixed)

- sndrec32.exe.res (new icons)

- sndvol32.exe.res (new bitmap and dialog, icons formats-indexes fixed)

- upnpui.dll.res (new icons)

- wordpad.exe.res (icons indexes and 4bits removed in 155.ico)

* regarding icon's indexes and formats. i don't think it's crucial, just neat :0)
