I need help finding notebook RAM

I am trying to upgrade my RAM. Here is the system Specs for my RAM from HP:

1024MB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm)

That's all it says unfortunately.

In PC Wizard 2008 It says:

Type: 2 SDRAM PC2-5300 (333mhz) [DDR-666]

Format: SO-Dimm (67.6x3)

I am looking to upgrade to 2G which means I need to buy 2G since I have 2x512 in my system now.

Can someone lead me in the right direction? What would you recommend.

THANK YOU

Checked you post where you said what kind of lappy it was.

It is ddr2

Here is a bunch of SUPER-CHEAP ram for it.

Thanks Kel. I typed in what was shown in PCW 2008 and the spec on my PC was unclear. 1 thing though what brand would you get?

I am thinking about the Crucial or the CORSAIR

Either!

I have first-hand knowledge that Crucial has kick-ass support.

I hear Corsair has good support too.

Thanks. I think I may end up going with the Corsair, just because I have known people to get there desktop RAM. But I will wait a few more days before ordering.
