Parahacer lo que tu quieres, tiene sque leer el Tutorial de Rick de como hacer addons, y bajarte el Shell Ext que tiene las herramientas para hacerlo

Yo en lo personal lo haria asi

Bajo el Shell Ext

Descomprimo

Creo un archivo REG con tus entradas

lo guardo con el nombre pepe.reg

Abro el Notepad

escribo

reg2inf.exe pepe.reg pepe.inf /repvars

guardo el archivo como archivo.cmd donde archivo es a gusto sera tu conversor de pepe.reg a inf en la carpeta del shell ext descomprimido

ejecuto el archivo.cmd

abro el pepe.inf con el notepad

copio las entradas de registro nuevas
