<p><strong>Open Local Policy (gpedit.msc)</strong></p>

<p><strong>User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Control Panel | Programs</strong></p>
<p>In the right pane click on the <strong>Hide the Program Control Panel</strong> and set it to <strong>Enabled</strong>.</p>
