Remote desktop cannot connect

<p><a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;wincert&period;net&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2015&sol;01&sol;windows-7&period;jpg"><img class&equals;"alignnone size-full wp-image-546" src&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;wincert&period;net&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2015&sol;01&sol;windows-7&period;jpg" alt&equals;"Windows 7 Box&comma;install&comma;printers&comma;set network location&comma;graphic card memory&comma; aero peek&comma;screensaver&comma;synch&comma;windows live&comma;movie maker" width&equals;"720" height&equals;"340" &sol;><&sol;a><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>I&&num;8217&semi;ve received the following question&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The user is unable to connect to Windows 7 Pro PC from another Windows 7 Pro PC using remote desktop &lpar;RDP&rpar;&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>User is able to see both PCs on the network<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>Firewall is off on both PCs<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>RDP is on for the PC that user tries to connect to&period;<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>User is entering the name of the workstation pc correctly on the remote desktop<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>User is entering the username correctly on the remote desktop<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>The remote access selected is for any O&sol;S type&comma; 2nd radio button &lpar;less secure&rpar;<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>User is able to connect to other PCs using this remote desktop connection<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The error message is&colon; Another console session in progress &lpar;something like that&rpar; <&excl;--more--><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><span style&equals;"color&colon; &num;008000&semi;">Solution&colon;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Open&colon;<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>C&colon;&bsol;ProgramData&bsol;Microsoft&bsol;Windows&bsol;Start Menu&bsol;Programs&bsol;Administrative Tools&bsol;Remote Desktop Services<br style&equals;"padding&colon; 0px&semi; margin&colon; 0px&semi;" &sol;>Run Remote Desktop Services Manager on the PC where you&&num;8217&semi;re trying to connect and check for Users and Sessions Tab<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Right click on the desired session and select &&num;8216&semi;Log Off&&num;8217&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Try to connect again using RDP connection&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
