<p>You can try to reinstall the application, but after the update, the problem might occur again.</p>
<p>To solve this please do the following:</p>
<p>Click on <span style="color: #003366;">START | RUN | CMD Enter</span></p>
<p>type:</p>
<p><span style="color: #003366;">regsvr32 shmedia.dll</span><br />
<span style="color: #003366;">regsvr32 shimgvw.dll</span></p>
<p>You can also open notepad and paste the following code into it:</p>
<p>Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00</p>
