Microsoft to buy cybersecurity company RiskIQ

<p>Microsoft has just announced that the company is in the final stages of the agreement to acquire RiskIQ&comma; a cybersecurity company based in San Francisco&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><img class&equals;"alignnone wp-image-4169 size-full" title&equals;"Microsoft to buy cybersecurity company RiskIQ" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;wincert&period;net&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2021&sol;04&sol;business-4107640&lowbar;640&period;jpg" alt&equals;"Microsoft to buy cybersecurity company RiskIQ" width&equals;"640" height&equals;"426" &sol;><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Microsoft still hasn&&num;8217&semi;t confirmed the details of the agreement yet&comma; but rumors say that the RiskIQ company is probably going to be acquired for &dollar;500 million in cash&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Redmond giant already has a great collection of security solutions for its multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments and with the addition of Risk IQ&&num;8217&semi;s its customers will be able to better apprehend online threats in digital environments&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Even though RiskIQ will become part of Microsoft&&num;8217&semi;s existing security portfolio the company plans to continue serving RiskIQ&&num;8217&semi;s existing customer base and its community of security professionals&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
