    I second to problem "INF Install failure. Reason: Could not retrieve the system message. You may run out of the system resource.". I did the steps from tutorial as described, but I'm stuck at step 4. OS is XP x64 with SP2 and all available updates installed.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
