    simple en archivo se llama SMSS.EXE
    se encuentra en la carpeta CD windows\I386\SYSTEM32
    y lo editas con Resource Hacker y los textos se encuentral en el message table,
    y ya tu buscas en texto que deseas modificar
    por ejm: en titulo de tu pantalla, la que dice "Programa de instalación de Windows XP Professional" se encuentara en la linea 11000, suerte
