    I have downloaded for example Kels_MSConfig_addon_v1.1.CAB and cannot open that CAB with any of various tools I have. Other CABS from e.g. http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=511 open without problems. How can I open these CABs???
