Did you somehow edit the INI-file?
The only difference I see, in comparison with my file, is a missing "s": it should be "Always Show Menu Bars"

I tried with the s and nothing happens. Is the same thing. :ranting:

I have tried with x86 and x64 in Windows 7 Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate and it doesn't... Maybe I check something different?

Always Show Menu Bars (with s) is in Explorer (this works)
