[.NET 3.5 Offline Install]

dotnet 3.5 still cant be enabled in windows 8 64 bit.

[Wintoolkit is not enabling dotnet 3.5 in windows 8 64 bit.]

I used wintoolkit to enable dotnet 3.5 support on windows 8 64 bit. The resultant ISO installs fine in virtual box but there is no dotnet 3.5 enabled?. Any help in this regard.
