You can use the Image after it finished.

I also have this Problem sometimes as you can see here:

It seems that WinKit Continue Working but i cant see the Progress.

I only see it in the Task Manager where the DIsm.exe is working.

When i try to Integrate Solor Updates in my x86 media i get an error.

Tried it several Times but it doesnt work.

At x64 media I have no issue.
