    Encountered a similar problem. The solution is to add ie9 (ex. IE9-win7_x86.msu) in tab Updates and additionally add IE9-Windows6.1-LanguagePack-x86-xxx.msu in tab silent install without keys. Unfortunately after adding ie9 doesn't working, some tweaks.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
