    Yes it could be only the VM Software causing the problem. If you have a VM that is not properly configured or in your case one that is still a little buggy then I would say try Virtual PC 2007 free from MS and see if you get better results. The 13 min mark is where all your nLite settings and configurations get implemented. If it still freezes in another VM program then remake your nLite XP cd/dvd with no changes to components/hotfixes/services just split stream your SP3 and include your unattended settings.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
