    After installing dotNetFx45_Full_x86_x64_Repack.exe, Setup prompts you to install the language pack that is not desired.

    After installing the .NET Framework [Rebuilt] 4.5 Full x 86/x 64 (5/16/2013), the program requires CD with netfx_FullLP_x64.. This function is not needed.
