[Update]

I have noticed a splash screen in version 1.4.18 the says the image was created with Win Toolkit during the last part of Windows Installation.

Why has this been done?  I have not changed any settings within the application.  Just curious..

Is there a way in WinToolKit to change the Windows 8 default Time Zone to EST?

[Removing Updates Already Installed]

Is it possible to remove updates that have already been installed into a image using WinToolkit? Is there another way to do this?
