    Unless you provide the following (AT LEAST) I am closing this thread:
    The "source", where did you get it? Straight from MS?
    The win toolkit logs.
    The link to the "tutorial" you used for the failed process...
    P.S. I have figured out your issue, BUT you need to answer these questions first...

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
