    I just checked and wlanapi.dll is in the system32 folder.

    Can someone help me? I keep getting the "Sorry this application attempted to delay-load a library or function that does not exist. instability may occur." I've been doing some reading and it seems this is happening because of the LAN hotfix. The problem is, I can't install the hotfix because I'm running Win XP Service Pack 3 and it won't let me install. Any ideas how to fix this? And if I can't fix it, I rather just uninstall sidebar, but can't figure out how to do that either.

Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
