Internal installer files are the same in both, I don't use the EXE wrapper

 

I know you don't use EXE wrapper - didn't know that installer files are the same.

Just pointing out that they released a chinese version first.  Is the R4 of 2012 that's added from the English release?

The "Date Published" for the English version is 11/20/2013 , and the post above me is from 11/13.  So I'm assuming its with old release.

Delivery method (installer type, he uses inno I use 7zip sfx) and McRip does not include visual J plus it preforms uninstall if any of the runtimes is installed
